Founded in New Jersey in 1989, Balcor Associates has supported major corporations throughout the US in their efforts to recruit a successful and diverse workforce in the finance, accounting/audit and human resources disciplines.

Our clients consist of a select group of Fortune 500 corporations in various industries including: consumer products, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, media and advertising, financial services, electronics, and public accounting. These corporations consider us a consistent and reliable source of candidates with bilingual and international business skills, primarily in Latin America, giving us a niche in this growing business segment.
